Uptown’s annual trick or treat event will be held on Wednesday, October 30 from 5 to 6:30pm this year. The streets of Uptown will be closed and filled with spooky ghosts and ghouls of the kiddie variety as businesses open their doors to trick-or-treaters in a safe and fun setting.
