A few months ago, Thomas Rhett posted a video of himself walking a horse and then getting a riding lesson. In the caption, he confessed that he has been “freaked out by horses most of my life,” which is why the moment was so significant.

TR reveals that he and his family have added a few horses to their family.

“We’re actually building a little barn at our farm. And we had one, and now we have three of ‘em. And so, I get why people say, don’t become a horse person unless you’re ready to get into an intense hobby. And now I’m starting to understand it. I’m full into it, man. I love it.”
