Do You Agree “Food Tastes Better” in the Summer?

Food on a grill

Now that the summer season has begun, do you agree with a recent survey that “food tastes better” in the summer?

This new survey reveals that 71% of respondents think food tastes less bland during the summer. They feel that certain foods like watermelon, ice cream, lemonade, barbecued chicken, hot dogs, and corn on the cob all taste better in the summer.

A big part of that is likely grilling and being able to eat outdoors. Of those surveyed, 40% love eating outdoors whenever possible. 58% of those surveyed said they would eat outdoors all year round if they could.

The survey also found that 31% of us are less bothered by “messy foods” during the summer than other times of the year.

Are there certain foods you only eat during the summer months?
