Cody Johnson was able to do something at the Houston Rodeo that only Garth Brooks and George Strait have previously done.
He sold-out opening night!
Monday night (2/28) Cody played to a sold-out concert crowd of 70,554 fans to get the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo started in its 90th anniversary season. This follows records set by Garth Brooks in 2018 and George Strait in 2017.
This will be another career milestone that can be added to his achievements when Cody is inducted into the Texas Cowboy Hall of Fame tonight.
