Blake Shelton’s #1 song “Guy with a Girl,” was basically a song about being with a woman who is the center of attention wherever they go, and the person people want to see or talk to. Blake said it pretty much summed up his relationship with his rock star wife, Gwen Stefani, perfectly. So, it probably won’t surprise Blake that when we asked Jackson Dean about going on tour with him, Jackson couldn’t hide his excitement about meeting Blake’s wife.

“I’m excited to see Gwen. I mean, that’s pretty crazy. Like, oh, Gwen’s here. Wow! And I’m in the same room? No, it’s funny, one of the early songs that I learned playing guitar on was ‘Boys ‘Round Here’ and ‘Ole Red.’ But yeah, he’s been around as long as I’ve loved music. ‘Ole Red’ is one of the OG, OG country songs. But to get to go and play with him, I’m excited to see the show. I’m excited to see what they do this year. But yeah, it’s just one hell of an opportunity.”
