Chris Young has a new single out from a yet to be named new album. The song is called “Looking For You.”

The song is about a person who is still looking for the special someone for their life. Since Chris in single (and keeps his dating life mostly quite), some have wondered if the singer-songwriter wrote the song about himself.

The singer-songwriter shares who he wrote the song about, “I didn’t write this about anybody. That being said, I’ve been in this situation before where I was just like, I’m just gonna be single. And then somebody walks in with like a friend of a friend and I’m just like, holy crap. Who is that? Who is she? Like that 1,000% has happened to me before. I can remember one specific instance, in my brain.”
