Singer-songwriter Jewel performed the National Anthem at the Indy 500 Sunday (5/28). Her arrangement is getting mixed reviews with some calling it blasphemous.

Jewel played an acoustic guitar while singing a slower version of the song with some other adjustments on the melody it seemed.

Many people complained it made it impossible to sing along.

Others really said they loved the artistry Jewel added to the performance of the song. She did a similar version at the NBA All-Star Game back in February.
